ACT Training

Last month a number of teachers were trained in CPR, AED, and Opioid Overdose Response. This training allows them to teach all of the grade 10 students these valuable lifesaving measures.

The ACT Foundation is a national charitable foundation that helps high schools across Canada establish short, free CPR and AED training programs for students, we are thankful that they continue our work with our school district.

More than 5 million students have now been trained by their teachers through the ACT Foundation’s work with school districts like ours, and many are saving lives.
